Leading automotive design and engineering firm Contechs has been ranked 82nd in the ninth annual Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200.  The news was published in Sunday’s (10th June 2018) Times newspaper, in the business section, as well as online.

The Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 ranks Britain’s mid-market private companies with the fastest growing international sales, measured over their latest two years of available data.  It is compiled by Fast Track and published in The Sunday Times each June, with an awards event in September, and alumni dinners during the year.

The types of companies involved in this include those with £25m – £200m total sales, £1m – £100m international sales, an average 2-year international sales growth between 15% and 300% per year and 10 – 1,000 staff.

Contechs first entered the league last year, where the company ranked 30th, and is delighted to remain on the list again in 2018, as the business and international sales continue to go from strength to strength.

Managing Director, Peter Jarvis, said: “we are thrilled to have been ranked again in the Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200.  It is a testament to our company that despite being in the most uncertain times this country has seen in recent years, with Brexit fears being very dominant in the manufacturing sector, we have continued to grow our international sales over the past 2 years.

“I would like to extend my congratulations to the entire Contechs team and thank all staff for their hard work to ensure that Contechs has continued to thrive during these turbulent times, both in the UK and overseas”.

Representatives from Contechs look forward to attending the International Track 200 awards dinner on Tuesday 11th September, at the London Hilton on Park Lane.
