Contechs trim systems group has broad expertise in taking responsibility for the complete interior and exterior for automotive & marine programmes managing the integration of complete systems or individual components. This includes design, feasibility, detailing, analysis, prototyping, testing, validation, and implementation into product launch.

Contechs engineers are fully conversant with delivering finished designed or manufactured product into product for all interior and exterior trim systems including the following:

Contechs has been directly accountable for complete interior and exterior programmes incorporating styling, ergonomics, concept packaging, design / feasibility through to engineering sign off and full release, managing and controlling DVP's for all components and systems. Manufacturing processes range from one-off concept models, ergonomic bucks, show cars, through to low volume production components such as RIM, SRIM, vac cast, vac formed, RP, Glass Fibre lay ups etc.
