The seat has been designed in Catia V5.  The wiring loom and electrical circuits have all been designed, developed and tested from scratch by Contechs.  The seat is offered as a 6 way seat with a bolt on optional memory seat system that Contechs has also developed. The pedestal unit that the seat resides on, works off precision linear sliders.  These sliders outperform the majority of the competition in terms of speed, quietness and responsiveness. Other surprise and delight features include an illuminated blue neon switch pack that allows the operator to adjust the seat at his/ her finger tips with ease; even in the dark.

The seat is modular in concept, the cosmetics of the seat are able to be differentiated; with four different design schemes.  

The framing system of the seat is common throughout all designs, providing a modular platform that is very cost efficient.
